Terms and Conditions for the “Mystery Box for 1 Year” Giveaway

Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Alabama Vintage, represented by Noelia Trujillo Jiménez, with NIF: 26832577H, located at Calle Río Sil 19, 29010 Málaga, Spain.

Prize
The prize consists of a personalized Mystery Box containing a vintage garment valued at over €60 each month for one year (12 consecutive months). A total of 10 winners will be selected. The prize includes shipping costs to any country.

Participation

Participation is not free. Each participant must purchase one or more tickets through Alabama Vintage's official website (www.alabamavintage.com).
Each ticket costs €1.
Each ticket equals one entry in the giveaway. Purchasing more tickets increases the chances of winning.
Only one prize per person is allowed. If the random selection identifies multiple tickets belonging to the same participant, a new draw will be conducted until there are 10 unique winners.
Tickets cannot be purchased using discount codes active during the Black Friday campaign.

Eligibility

Participants of all ages and from any country are eligible to participate.
Participants must provide valid contact details (full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address) when purchasing tickets.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway will begin on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 4:00 PM (CET) and end on November 29, 2024, at 12:00 AM (CET).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Winner Selection

After the giveaway closes, a list will be generated in Excel, assigning a unique number to each ticket sold in chronological order, starting from 1.
The 10 winning numbers will be selected using:
- The digital tool AppSorteos, ensuring a random and transparent process.
- Supervision by a public notary, who will certify the validity of the giveaway.
The winners will be matched to the customers associated with the selected ticket numbers. If duplicate winners are identified, additional draws will be conducted to ensure 10 unique winners.
No alternates will be selected.

Announcement of Winners

Winners will be announced via:
- A WhatsApp group exclusively created for ticket buyers.
- Alabama Vintage's official social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok).
Winners will also be contacted directly using the email or phone number provided during ticket purchase.

Prize Delivery

Each Mystery Box will be shipped via certified mail at the beginning or end of each month for one year, starting in December 2024.
Winners can personalize their boxes by selecting their preferred size and vintage style.
If a winner is dissatisfied with a box and resides in Spain, they may return it for free and receive an alternative. Winners residing outside Spain must cover the return shipping costs if they wish to exchange the item.

Data Protection

Personal data collected will be stored on the Shopify platform and used solely for managing the giveaway, contacting winners, and facilitating shipments.
Data will only be used for other purposes if participants opt in to the newsletter during payment.
The organizer commits to protecting participants' information in accordance with Spain's current data protection regulations (GDPR).

Legal and Tax Considerations

This giveaway qualifies as a paid-entry giveaway, which means the organizer must:
- Notify the Spanish Tax Agency before the event.
- Include the revenue from ticket sales in its tax filings.
- Declare the value of the prizes awarded and apply a withholding tax if the value of each prize exceeds €300. The withholding rate is 19% and will be covered by the organizer.
The organizer is advised to consult with a tax advisor to ensure compliance with these obligations.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This giveaway is governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
