Return Policy

At Alabama Vintage, we want your shopping experience to be as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return by following the conditions below.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with its original tags, and properly packaged. The order number will also need to be provided.

How to Request a Return?

You can request your return in any of the following ways:

• Through our returns platform, available on our website.

• By sending us an email to info@alabamavintageshop.com indicating your order number and that you wish to make a return.

Once the request is approved, we will automatically arrange for the package to be collected at the same address where the order was delivered.

Package Collection

Returns are completely free.

You will not need to print any labels or go to any drop-off point. A delivery driver will collect the package at the indicated address, and the carrier will affix the shipping label.

You only need to have the package properly sealed and ready for collection.

Collection will be scheduled on the following business days and will typically take place within a maximum of one week from the return request.

Condition of Items

Before requesting a return, please check that the items are in perfect condition and meet the following criteria:

• No signs of wear.

• With all original tags.

• In the same condition as they were received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders

We recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it.

If any item arrives defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible via info@alabamavintageshop.com so we can assess the case and offer you a solution.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct size or product exchanges.

If you wish for another item, you will need to request a return for the original order and, once processed, use the credit received to make a new purchase.

Form of Return

Returns are not refunded to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions, you will receive a voucher for the corresponding amount to use on a future purchase at Alabama Vintage.

The voucher will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used in our online store.

Returns from Other European Countries

Free returns with home collection are only available for orders delivered in Spain.

If your order has been shipped to any other European country, you can still request a return within the established 14 calendar day period. In this case, the customer will be responsible for managing and covering the costs of return shipping to our facilities.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the shipping address and necessary instructions to complete the process correctly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alabama Vintage is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit to our facilities.
