Return policy
We know that buying vintage clothing online isn't always easy: sizes vary, each garment is unique, and sometimes something doesn't quite fit. That's why you can return it easily and hassle-free in our store.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Returns are processed through our returns platform. From there, you can complete the form and, within 1 to 3 business days , you will receive the return label by email.
You'll just have to print the label, stick it on the package, and take it to your nearest post office.
Refund in the form of a voucher
All returns are refunded with a voucher or coupon for the value of the item (initial shipping costs are not included).
This voucher:
It has no expiration date
Can be used on multiple purchases
It allows you to take advantage of your refund amount on future purchases, without rushing or restrictions.
Since we work with unique garments, we can't make standard alterations. But we can ensure that you can continue exploring new pieces until you find the perfect one for you.
Refunds on 2 for 1, 3 for 2 or other similar offers
In promotions where you get one or more items free (for example, 2 for 1, 3 for 2, etc.), partial returns are not accepted.
Refunds can only be issued if the entire order is returned, including all items purchased in the promotion.
Under no circumstances may only the free item or part of the order be returned.
This allows us to maintain fairness in our offerings and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Return costs
Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands:
The return is free of charge. We'll cover the return shipping costs.
Europe (except Canary Islands):
The return has a fixed cost of €8 , which will be deducted directly from the total amount of the voucher you will receive.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
At this time, we do not accept returns from the Canary Islands due to customs restrictions that we cannot manage.
Deadlines to receive your voucher
Once we receive the item and verify that it's in the same condition as when we sent it to you, you'll receive your voucher by email within 1 to 2 business days.
In case of error or defect not indicated
If there is any defect that did not appear in the garment description, or we have made an error in your order, you can write to us and:
